HZAM-200 Safety Helmet Impact Testing Machine For Drop Impact And Puncture Resistance Performance Test

The HZAM-200 Safety Helmet Impact Testing Machine (hereinafter referred to as the tester) is designed for impact absorption performance testing and puncture resistance performance testing of safety helmets and other safety protective equipment. Test results from both the impact and puncture tests can be exported directly to spreadsheets or uploaded to a management system.

1. The tester is primarily used for impact and puncture testing of safety helmets.
2. Integrated overall structure; the control operation box adopts a cantilever design for easy operation. The independent console is eliminated to save laboratory space.
3. The test system is computer-controlled. The supporting software collects test curves in real time and displays the maximum impact force and acceleration values.
4. Compliant with standard GB/T 2812. Easy test operation, full 360° safety shielding, and digital displacement display.
5. Automatic laser height positioning; the impact drop distance can be automatically adjusted according to preset height values.
6. An IEPE dynamic force sensor is adopted for impact force measurement. Compared with charge-type sensors, it offers higher precision, better linearity, and stronger stability and reliability.
7. The tester is equipped with an integral steel base, together with No.1 and No.2 standard aluminum headforms.
8. Built-in QR code scanning function to read sample serial numbers; an operator login function is available.
9. Equipped with a network port for connection to a cloud platform and access to the test management system, enabling real-time data communication with the cloud. Test data can be queried via mobile phone QR code scanning.
