HZCJ-CK20kV Program Controlled Impulse Voltage Test System Automatic Lightning Surge Test For Insulation & High Voltage Apparatus

The HZCJ-CK20kV Programmable Automatic Impulse Voltage Tester is engineered in compliance with TB/T 2653, GB/T17627, GB/T16927, GB14048, GB7251, GB/T16935, IEC61730, GB4706, GB3048 and JB/T7083. It is primarily used for safety-performance (dielectric-property) testing of low-voltage switchgear assemblies, low-voltage electrical apparatus, high- and low-voltage switches, solar-energy products, watt-hour meters, relays, residual-current protective devices and similar equipment. Impulse output can be controlled by computer, and test reports can be printed directly.

1. Three operating modes — Manual, Automatic and Programmable. In manual mode, impulse voltage is adjusted by knob. In automatic mode, it is adjusted automatically by the system. In programmable mode, it is controlled automatically by computer.
2. Automatic constant-voltage system. The automatic and programmable modes include an automatic constant-voltage system for finer control of impulse output voltage, unaffected by interval time.
3. Programmable communication. The programmable function provides an RS-485 communication interface and programmable protocol. A programmable test system can be built as required, with impulse voltage and various parameters controlled via computer or programmable network (programmable trigger).
4. Batch combined testing. Computer programmable software supports combined test sequences, for example 10kV for 3 times, 12kV for 3 times, 14kV for 3 times, -10kV for 3 times, -12kV for 3 times and -14kV for 3 times. Up to 50 groups of combined tests are supported. Results such as breakdown times and breakdown voltage are fed back to the computer and displayed graphically for intuitive judgment.
5. Printable test reports. Reports can be printed by computer, showing test data including impulse peak value, impulse times and interval time.
6. Sample capacitance compensation design. Different resistance-capacitance configurations can be selected according to the test sample to adjust front-time and half-value time. For load capacitance within 0–5000pF, the test waveform is automatically adjusted to the standard range.
7. Automatic test-result judgment. Pass/fail judgment is performed automatically according to the magnitude and attenuation degree of the impulse current generated during testing.
8. Impulse voltage-divider interface. Provided for an oscilloscope to track and monitor the output voltage waveform.
9. 12864 LCD display. Simultaneously shows DC voltage, impulse voltage, interval time and impulse times.
10. Touch-key operation with microcomputer control. Chinese panel as standard; Chinese / English panel and program menu are selectable for export-oriented applications.
11. Dual-system polarity design. Positive-and-negative polarity adopts a dual-system design of positive high-voltage source and negative high-voltage source, delivering more stable output, higher voltage and higher efficiency.
