Insulating boots and gloves must not break through or flashover during the voltage resistance test, and leakage current must not exceed the required value. The test bench adopts a hand-automatic integrated design. All automatic control functions can be completed via computer, and the automatic test function can also be performed by closing the computer using the test bench.
