Insulated boots, insulated gloves, electric detectors and similar equipment are essential safety protection gear for the operation and maintenance of power systems. During testing, breakdown, flashover and overheating are not permitted. Insulating boots and gloves must not break through or flash over during the voltage resistance test, and leakage current must not exceed the specified value.

1. The instrument's test method complies with the requirements of DL408 "Electricity Safety Working Procedure" and "Electricity Safety Apparatus Preventive Test Procedure".
2. The test bench adopts a hand-automatic integrated design. All automatic control functions can be completed by computer. Closing the computer using the test bench also allows the automatic test function to be completed.
3. When controlled by computer, the test voltage and 8 leakage current curves can be displayed in real time.
4. The test process is fully automatic: below 75% of the test voltage at 1kV/S, above 75% of the test voltage at 0.1kV/S. It maintains the test voltage, times automatically, reduces the voltage, records the leakage current, returns to zero automatically, cuts off, and gives a prompt at the end of the test.
5. The equipment provides over-current, over-voltage and breakdown protection.
6. The test equipment has a high-voltage hazard warning light display.
7. The instrument uses a large-screen liquid crystal display with Chinese characters, showing output voltage, input current, high-voltage leakage current, timing time and other parameters together with Chinese character prompts on one screen.

12. Equipped with a wireless remote control electric insulating rod test bracket, it can carry out a 35kV insulating rod overall voltage resistance test.
13. Equipped with a wireless remote control A-type electric tester test bracket, it can carry out the starting power supply test of testers below 35kV.
