The HZP-10A is a 10A three-phase power transformer winding DC resistance tester designed for accurate, reliable field and factory testing. It combines high output current with a lightweight, battery-powered design, making it suitable for transformer manufacturing, installation, overhaul, and preventive maintenance applications.
The Transformer DC Resistance Tester is essential for testing during transformer manufacturing (semi-finished and finished products), factory testing, installation, overhauls, tap changer adjustments, acceptance testing, and preventive testing by power departments. It can check the welding quality of winding joints, detect inter-turn short circuits in windings, verify the contact quality of tap changer positions, and ensure that the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position. Additionally, it checks for broken leads, broken strands in multi-strand wires, and other issues.
