The HGKC-12 Circuit Breaker Characteristics Tester is built on a high-performance industrial embedded platform with high-speed data acquisition and analysis capabilities. It withstands strong electromagnetic field interference (above 500 kV) and supports simultaneous analysis and high-precision testing of multiple high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics. The tester is equipped with extensive, complete user-defined functions to meet the different testing requirements of various switches.

The high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester features a built-in isolated adjustable DC power supply and switch operation commands. During testing, the switch can be directly controlled to open, close, and perform reclosing operations via the built-in DC power supply. It also offers automatic or manual action voltage test functions.

The high-voltage switch tester can test and analyze various mechanical characteristic parameters of high-voltage switches, including time, speed, synchronization, stroke, bounce, and coil current.
