The HZFCG100 Surge Arrester Impulse Current Generator is a new-generation high-current impulse test system developed for lightning-protection products. It delivers instantaneous pulse currents ranging from several kiloamperes to hundreds of kiloamperes to lightning-protection devices such as SPDs and surge arresters, allowing verification of their electrical and mechanical characteristics — including the high voltage, high temperature, and strong electrodynamic force generated when a large current passes through.
