DDGS-1500A High-Current Temperature-Rise Test System is a fully-automatic high-current test device controlled by a dedicated system control board, with Weinview series touch screen serving as the human-machine interface. By installing different modules, this series of equipment can perform tests such as variable high-current output and temperature measurement. Manual or automatic operation, temperature-data viewing and simple data processing can be realized via the human-machine interface. Optional data-export function is available; data can be exported to a computer through a U-disk for further processing.

• Automatic timing function: timing stops when the test is paused and the pause timer starts; output timing restarts upon test resumption
• Manual timing function: the timer can be manually started under manual-control mode
• Manual control mode: similar to the conventional electric current rise/fall mode. Current increase / decrease is operated by buttons. The equipment automatically judges upper and lower limits and provides over-current protection. The whole test process can be manually operated as required
• Stop / Emergency-stop button with manual reset function
• Intelligent current-ramp speed control: the current-rising speed will automatically slow down when the current approaches the target value
• Instant, accurate and reliable protection response when faults such as over-current occur
