The HZBTC-IV Transformer Capacity Tester is an upgraded model developed by our R&D team on the basis of the original Division I transformer capacity tester. It retains the compact size, simple operation, and ease of use of the original instrument while delivering a comprehensive upgrade to the internal processor, data acquisition system, and national standard data. As a result, the instrument now covers a wider range of applications with higher test precision.
The transformer capacity characteristic tester integrates transformer capacity measurement, transformer no-load loss, transformer load loss and code level determination, and electrical parameter measurement. It features a built-in high-efficiency rechargeable battery, allowing operation without an external power supply. A full charge supports more than 200 consecutive transformer measurements. In addition, the instrument provides a three-phase precision 50 Hz sine wave AC test power supply, so measuring transformer capacity and load loss requires no external three-phase test power supply, regulator, booster, or other auxiliary equipment — greatly improving work efficiency.
This product offers many advantages, including small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can completely replace the traditional multi-meter method for measuring transformer loss and capacity, with simpler wiring and more convenient testing and recording, significantly improving your work efficiency.
