The HZZK-III Transformer Short-Circuit Impedance Tester is a new-generation transformer parameter testing instrument independently developed by our company. It is designed for low-voltage short-circuit impedance measurement of main transformers rated 35 kV and above, in both field and laboratory conditions.
Short-circuit impedance is a critical transformer parameter. The short-circuit impedance method is a traditional approach for assessing winding deformation. In accordance with GB1094.5-2003 and IEC60076-5:2000, the change in short-circuit reactance is the sole criterion for determining whether a transformer winding has been deformed.
