The Hertz Power HZXD-F-38-600V/30-50A is a programmable battery charge/discharge tester engineered for battery packs at 12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, and 480V. It performs checking discharge tests, remaining capacity tests, routine battery maintenance, and DC power supply load-capacity inspections.
Based on the discharge characteristics of lead-acid and lithium batteries, the tester monitors battery voltage, discharge current, discharge duration, discharge capacity, and other parameters in real time. An embedded operating system automates the entire discharge process for fully intelligent operation. It generates curves, bar graphs, and reports that intuitively reflect battery group performance, with support for zooming, querying, and printing. This makes battery pack maintenance and management easier and more scientific, extending the service life of the battery pack.
The power consumption element uses a new PTC design — small in volume, light in weight, and easy to move. The whole machine is controlled by a microprocessor with an LCD display and menu interface. It is widely used in communications, electric power, tower operations, battery manufacturing, new energy vehicle enterprises, railroads, subways, petrochemicals, and other industries. With easy operation and safe discharging, it is an ideal test tool for DC system operation and maintenance testing.
When used with the wireless single-cell inspection module, it effectively monitors individual cell voltages within a battery pack and promptly identifies faulty batteries with serious performance deterioration.
