The HZXD-F-10-600V/100A is a portable 600V wide-voltage load bank and battery discharge tester engineered for battery packs of 12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V and 480V. It performs checking discharge tests, remaining capacity tests, routine battery maintenance and DC power supply load-capacity inspections.
Based on the discharge characteristics of lead-acid and lithium batteries, the tester monitors battery voltage, discharge current, discharge duration, discharge capacity and other parameters in real time. An embedded operating system automatically completes the entire discharge process for fully intelligent operation, generating curves, bar graphs and reports that intuitively reflect battery group performance — all of which can be enlarged, queried and printed. This makes battery pack maintenance and management easier and more scientific, extending the service life of the battery pack.
The power consumption element uses a new type PTC design: small in volume, light in weight and easy to move. The whole machine is controlled by a microprocessor with an LCD display and menu interface. It is widely used in communications, electric power, tower, battery manufacturing, new energy vehicle, railroad, subway and petrochemical industries. With easy operation and safe discharging, it is an ideal test tool for DC system operation and maintenance testing.
When used together with the wireless single-cell inspection module, it effectively monitors the voltage of individual cells in a battery pack and promptly identifies faulty batteries with serious performance deterioration.
