The ZGF-C-60kV/5mA DC High Voltage Generator is primarily designed for DC withstand voltage testing and DC leakage current testing of high-voltage electrical equipment, including zinc oxide surge arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, and generators. It is widely used in the power departments of electric power sectors, industrial and mining enterprises, metallurgy, iron and steel industries, and other corporate power divisions.
This generator employs AIPWM technology, which corrects the inaccurate linearity associated with conventional PWM technology, significantly improving measurement precision. AI technology is used to set over-voltage and over-current protection, replacing the digital dial switch that could only set voltage values and suffered from voltage drift. In addition to retaining the manual 0.75UDC1mA function button, the instrument adds AI full-automatic zinc oxide surge arrester measurement, cable segmented voltage withstand testing, and automatic voltage withstand testing functions. It can directly print and save test reports, eliminating handwriting errors. Manual mode is retained, with added print functions for any voltage and current, as well as total time T1 and segment timing T2 functions. The instrument also features a perpetual calendar and time function, ensuring test reports include accurate time and date information.
