The ZGF series DC high voltage generator is a new generation of portable high voltage testing instruments, designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest electric power industry standards. It is specifically used to test the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of electric power devices.
This instrument adopts a high-frequency multiplier circuit, applying the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage-current dual closed-loop feedback technology to improve the power supply adjustment rate and load adjustment rate, ensuring high voltage stability and low ripple. It utilizes high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology, eliminating switch interference and achieving high quality and portability. Imported high-frequency high-voltage rectifier diodes are used to make the multiplier compact and lightweight, enhancing overall efficiency.
Based on EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility theory, the instrument incorporates shielding, isolation, and grounding measures to enhance overall safety, capable of withstanding rated voltage discharge without damage. It is equipped with comprehensive protection functions including zero position protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and breakdown protection, employing nanosecond-level dedicated sensors for swift and reliable operation, effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety. Over-voltage setting uses digital DIP switches for simple operation and high setting precision. The addition of the intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button facilitates testing of zinc oxide surge arresters.
