The HZCDP-30kV 0.1Hz VLF AC Hipot Tester is an ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator designed for cable withstand voltage testing. High-voltage withstand voltage testing of electrical equipment is one of the most important items stipulated in "Insulation Preventive Test." This test can be divided into AC withstand voltage testing and DC withstand voltage testing. AC withstand voltage testing further divides into industrial frequency, variable frequency, and 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency test technologies. Among these, 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency technology is the latest and is currently recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission.
Our new generation of ultra-low-frequency high-voltage generators is a core product independently developed using the latest technology. It features a 7-inch touchscreen, imported high-speed AD acquisition circuitry, and advanced production processes. These improvements enhance the instrument's quality and stability, reduce its volume and weight, and make it easy to operate. The cost-effectiveness far exceeds similar imported products, which often suffer from short mechanical booster life, high failure rates, and large volume.
