The HZXD-F-10-600V/100A battery discharge tester is specially designed for battery packs (12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 480V) to perform checking discharge tests, remaining capacity tests, daily battery maintenance, and inspection of DC power supplies with load capacity. Based on the discharge characteristics of lead-acid and lithium batteries, the tester monitors battery voltage, discharge current, discharge duration, discharge capacity, and other parameters in real time during the discharge process.
The instrument adopts an embedded operating system that automatically completes the entire discharge process, fully realizing intelligent operation. It generates a variety of curves, bar graphs, and reports that intuitively reflect the performance of the battery group, and these can be enlarged, queried, and printed. Battery performance can be analyzed to make battery pack maintenance and management easier and more scientific, thereby prolonging the service life of the battery pack.
The power consumption element uses a new type of PTC, offering small volume, light weight, and easy mobility. The whole machine is controlled by a microprocessor with an LCD display and Chinese menu. It is widely used in industries such as communications, electric power, towers, battery manufacturing, new energy vehicle enterprises, railroads, subways, and petrochemicals. With advantages including easy operation and discharge safety, it is an ideal test tool for DC system operation and maintenance testing.
When used in conjunction with the wireless single-cell inspection module, it can effectively monitor the voltage of individual cells in a battery pack and promptly identify faulty batteries with serious performance deterioration.
