The HZ-10K Transformer DC Resistance Tester is essential for testing during transformer manufacturing (semi-finished and finished products), factory testing, installation, overhauls, tap changer adjustments, acceptance testing, and preventive testing by power departments. It can check the welding quality of winding joints, detect inter-turn short circuits in windings, verify the contact quality of tap changer positions, and ensure that the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position. Additionally, it checks for broken leads, broken strands in multi-strand wires, and other issues.
