The HZ2671 is designed to measure the resistance of various insulating materials as well as the insulation resistance of transformers, motors, cables, and electrical equipment. It also provides AC/DC voltage measurement and calculates the absorption ratio and polarization index.
The HZ2671 Insulation Resistance Tester is built with large-scale integrated circuits. It features high output power, a high short-circuit current value, and multiple output voltage levels (each model offers four voltage levels). Its working principle uses an internal battery as the power source, generating DC high voltage through DC/DC conversion. The high voltage is output from the E terminal, passes through the test object, and reaches the L terminal, producing a current from E to L. This current is then converted and calculated by a divider, with the measured insulation resistance value displayed directly on the LCD.
